Hospital Accidental Protection (HAP): When you are confined to the Hospital from an accident this benefit will pay primary insured and spouse if family plan is purchased. Benefits are $100 each day for 30 days starting the 1st day.
Permanent Total Disability (PTD): Upon the unfortunate news of permanent/total disablement the primary insured/employee will receive $500 per month for 6 months after a 6 month waiting period.
